Meet rivers whose data is made possible by National Rivers Project partners!

The National River Recreation Database is a geospatial portfolio of information on Wild & Scenic Rivers, water trails, whitewater rivers, access points and campgrounds within the United States. The National Rivers Project is the website serving to help identify, explore and plan trips on rivers within the database. Together, comprehensive river recreation and management information is provided for paddlers and resource managers.

The National Rivers Project is a result of partnerships with federal managers, state agencies, municipal governments, non-profits, local paddling clubs and individuals. We are grateful for the generosity of these organizations' time and resources in contribution to this endeavor.
