The Apalachee Bay Maritime Heritage Paddling Trail is a 58.6 mile trail consisting of 10 individual paddling trials bounded by the Ochlockonee River in the west and the Econfina River in the east. Most trails are located in Wakulla County between the waterfront communities of Panacea in the west and the City of St. Marks in the east. Designed for enthusiasts of all levels, these trails invite one to enjoy fishing, wildlife viewing, and photography, or simply relax in the tranquility of an inlet. (Florida Dept.
